This site is
for those of you who need a freelance writer, proofreader, or editor. In today's economy, not every business can afford to
keep full-time writers on their staff. Speaking from experience, you probably need someone to proofread, edit and even completely
re-write your documents. If people have trouble reading and understanding your training manuals, instructions, advertising
or promotional copy, you've got a problem.
Perhaps your
company needs some help with advertising and promotions, but you can't afford a fancy Madison Avenue agency. I spent many
years in the commercial radio industry as an announcer, news director, copywriter, producer and account executive. I have
a pretty good feel for what works and what doesn't. You will find a concise course in advertising here, as well as some radio
"spec spots" to give you an idea of how to handle the next advertising salesperson who walks through your door.
Just for fun, and
to give you an idea of several of my writing styles, I have included sections which include humorous essays, and an excerpt
of a novel I've been working on for a while. You can also keep abreast of what's on my mind by reading my online web
log (BLOG) by clicking here: http://xradioguyfrank.blogspot.com/
I currently
have a regular day job, but I wouldn't mind picking up a few extra bucks helping you with your written communications and
radio copywriting needs. And, If you're an employer who could use some off-site administrative help, I have posted my resume
here for your perusal. You don't even have to pay Monster.com or Hot Jobs or any of the myriad other job sites to peek at
it.
Fees for freelance
work are negotiable depending on the nature of the work you want done. The method of payment is also negotiable (money order,
certified check or PayPal).
